Digital Printing Job Card
To view or print job card details related to various digital printing processes, follow the steps below:
- After logging in to the Company Main Menu, go to Reports > Digital Printing > Digital Printing Job Card.
- The form will open as shown. Fill in the report criteria as below:
- Filter Criteria Section
- Daybooks – Select the desired daybook related to the process, such as RFD Process, Cutting Process, Printing Process, etc. (Press F4 to view and choose from the available list.)
- Period – Specify the date range for which the job card details are required.
- From Date: Select the starting date.
- To Date: Select the ending date.
- Account – Select the desired account or party name to filter job card data for a specific customer or vendor. Choose All to include all accounts.
- Lot No. – Enter the lot number range for which the report is required. For example, 1 to 999999999 to include all lots.
- Options
- Save Criteria – Save the entered report filters for future use.
- Reset Criteria – Reset all selected filters to their default state.
- Print – Print the job card directly from the system.
- Show – Generate and display the job card report on screen as per filters.
- Close – Exit the report window.
- Once the criteria are entered, click Show to display the job card details including lot information, party details, and process tracking for the selected period.
