To view lot-wise and taka-wise details from the Ready for Dye (RFD) process, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main Menu, go to Reports > Digital Printing > Daybook (From RFD) Lot No. Taka Detail Report.
    2. The form will open as shown. Fill in the report criteria as below:
    3. Filter Criteria Section
      • Daybook – Select the daybook related to the RFD process. Choose All to include entries from every available daybook.
      • Lot No – Enter the lot number range for which the details are to be viewed. For example, 1 to 999999999 to include all lots.
      • Party – Select a specific party to view data for that customer or vendor. Choose All to include all parties in the report.
    1. Options
      • Save Criteria – Save the selected filter criteria for future use.
      • Reset Criteria – Reset all filter values to default.
      • Print – Print the report directly from the system.
      • Show – Generate and display the lot-wise and taka-wise details on screen.
      • Close – Exit the report window.
    1. Once all criteria are selected, click Show to view detailed information for each lot and taka under the selected RFD daybook, including associated parties and relevant production details.
