To view material or lot consumption details based on design, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main Menu, go to Reports > Digital Printing > Digital Design-wise Consumption Report.
    2. The form will open as shown. Fill in the report criteria as below:
    3. Filter Criteria Section
      • Design – Select the required design name from the list to view its consumption details. Choose All to include all available designs in the report.
      • Lot No – Select a specific lot number to filter the consumption data. Choose All to include every lot linked with the selected design(s).
    1. Options
      • Save Criteria – Save the selected filters for future report generation.
      • Reset Criteria – Reset all filter values to their defaults.
      • Print – Print the generated design-wise consumption report directly.
      • Show – Display the consumption report on screen as per selected filters.
      • Close – Exit the report window.
    1. Once the desired filters are set, click Show to generate the report.
    2. The system will display lot-wise consumption details, total usage, and related design information for analysis and production tracking.
