Transfer Balances
Here are the steps to Transfer Balances. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:
To Transfer Balances in Radix,
- After logging in to the Radix Main Menu, Click on the ‘F5 Transfer Balances' option from the sidebar present on the Radix Main Menu.
(Alternatively, you can also press the F5 key or go to Company > Transfer Balances from the horizontal menu bar).
- Radix will display a confirmation box with the following message: “Before Transferring Balances: It is highly recommended that you take a backup of your data.”
- If you have already taken the backup, Click on the OK button to proceed with transferring balances. If not, click on the Cancel button to skip transferring balances at this time.
- Upon clicking the OK button, the Transfer Balances form will open. Enter the required details:
- From Company: Press the F4 key and select the company from which data needs to be transferred.
- To Company: Press the F4 key and select the company to which data needs to be transferred.
- There is an additional option to Customize, which allows you to choose how the information should be transferred to the company. Simply select the check boxes as per your requirements.
- Once all details are selected, click the Transfer button. The Transfer Balance process will start, and your balances will be successfully transferred.
