Stock Rate

Here are the steps to set Item Stock Rate. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

Item Stock Rate

To set Item Stock Rate in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Masters > Items > Item Rates > Stock Rate.

2. Item Stock Rate entry form will open. Select the item in which you want to enter stock rate and enter the rate per unit in Stock Rate column.

3. Once you enter Stock Rate, total stock amount will be calculated and displayed in Amount column.

4. Once done, click on Save button.

5. Click on Close button.

You can see the effect of Item Stock Rate through Stock Flow Report.

1. Go to Reports > Inventory > Stock Flow.

2. Stock Flow report criteria form will open. In Valuation Rate, select 'Closing Rate' option and click on Show button.

3. Report will be displayed according to the selected criteria. You can view details of your item stock such as: Purchase, Sales, Balance Meters, Rate and Total Amount here.
