Here are the steps to set Item Price Level. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:



Item Price Level


To set Item Price Level in Radix, first select the desired company.


Here, we need to enable Price Level settings, go to Utilities > Settings > Co-Configuration. Select Items tab. In Item Pricing, tick on Price Levels and then click on SAVE button.


1. Go to Masters > Items > Item Rates > Price Level.


2. Item Price Level entry form will open. In Effective Date, select the date from which you want to apply Price Level settings.


3. Click on Load button.


4. In Item, press F4 or Space-bar key and select the Item for which you want to set Price Levels, from the list of items displayed.


5. Enter the different item rates in P1, P2, P3... columns which are customer groups. Once done, click on Save button.


6. Click on New button to set Price Levels for any other item and repeat the same from step 3.


7. Once done, click on Close button. Your Item Price Levels will be set.



Now, we need to set these Item Price Levels in Account Masters.


       1. Go to Masters > Accounts > Accounts.


       2. Accounts entry form will open. In Name, select the account in which you want to set Item Price Level.


       3. Go to 3 Others tab. In Price Level, select the desired option from the list displayed.

       Please note: Here, L1, L2, L3,... is same as P1, P2, P3,... in Price Level.


       4. Tick on Allow Price Level Change option, to view/select the list of price level during the transaction.


5. Once done, click on Save button. Item Price Levels will be set in Account Masters. 


       6. Now, while creating Sale/Purchase invoice, select the account and item in which Item Price Levels are set.
