Party Wise

Item Rate Party Wise

To set Party Wise Item Rate in Radix, first select the desired company.

Here, we need to enable Party Wise settings, go to Utilities > Settings > Co-Configuration. Select Items tab. In Item Pricing, tick on Price Matrix and Party Group wise Price Matrix options and then click on Save button.

1. Go to Masters > Items > Item Rates > Party Wise.

2. Party Wise entry form will open. In Account, press F4 key and select the account for which you want to set Item Rate.

3. Click on LOAD button and then enter details here such as:

Item - Press F4 or Space-bar key and select the Item for which you want to set Party wise rate, from the list of items displayed.

Type - Select from Sales or Purchase, for which you want to set item rate.

Per - Enter the quantity here, for which you want to set the item rate. Default rate is 1 rupee per quantity.

Price - Enter the price of the item here.

Effect Date - Select the date from which you want to apply Item Rate Party wise settings.

4. Likewise, you can enter item rate for any other item as well. Once done, click on Save button.

5. Click on New button to set item rates for any other account and repeat the same from step 3.

6. Once done, click on Close button. Your Party wise Item Rates will be set.
