Email Settings

Here are the steps to do email Settings. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

E-mail Settings

For email settings in Radix, first go to the Radix Main Menu.

1. Go to Config > System Settings.

2. System Settings form will open. Click on 6. Notification Settings.

3. In Email Settings section, enter details such as:

Email ID - Enter your email id here.

Password - Enter the password here.

SMTP Server - This field will be entered automatically if your Email ID belongs to G-mail/Yahoo Accounts. For any other account, you need to enter the SMTP address here manually.

Port - Similarly, port will also be entered here automatically if your Email ID belongs to G-mail/Yahoo Accounts. For any other account, you need to enter the port number here manually.

CC Email ID - Enter the CC email id here. All your mails will be by default sent to this email id.

4. Once all the details have been entered, click on Send Test Mail button to check whether all the information entered is correct or not. If the entered information is correct, then you will get a mail on the mail id entered in Email ID and CC Email ID field. If the entered information is incorrect, then Radix will give a prompt message about the same.

5. When the email id is successfully tested, click on OK button. Your email settings will be saved.
