Delete Company

To Delete a Company in Radix:

After logging in to the Radix Main Menu , you can delete a company by following these steps:
Click on the F4 Delete Company button on the sidebar.

( Alternatively, press the F4 key or navigate to Company > Delete Company from the horizontal menu bar. )

The Select the Company Group form will open, displaying a list of company groups. Select the desired company group to proceed.

If there is only one company group, the list of companies within that group will appear directly. From the displayed list of companies, select the company you want to delete and click OK or press Enter key.

4. The Company Information to Delete Company form will open. Navigate to the 7 Others-3 tab.

Delete Data Files:

Click on the Delete data files also button. When prompted, "Do you want to delete data files?", click Yes.

Delete Common Database (CommonDb):

Click on the Delete CommonDb button. When prompted, "Do you want to delete CommonDb?", click Yes.

Delete Co Common Database (CoCommonDb):

Click on the Delete CoCommonDb button. When prompted, "Do you want to delete CoCommonDb?", click Yes.

Delete the Company:

Click on the Delete button. Radix will prompt you twice with "Delete Company". Click Yes both times.

5. Once completed, the company will be successfully deleted from Radix.
