Transports List

Here are the steps to view Transports List Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RELY Online tutorial video:

Transports List

To view Transports List Report in Rely, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Reports > GST Reports > GST Checklists > Transports List and press Enter Key.

2. Transports List Report entry form will open. Enter details such as:

Report Type - To view report for all the transports, select All option.

To view list of only registered transports, select Registered with GSTIN option.

To view list of all transports in which Transport ID is entered, select Registered with Trans ID option.

To view list of all such transports in which GST number and Transport ID are blank, select Blank GSTIN/Trans ID option.

To view list of transports in which same GST number and Transport ID have been entered, select Duplicate GSTIN/Trans ID option.

Transport Mode - Select All option, if you want to view report for all the transport modes, otherwise you can view report for selected mode also.

Having Transaction? - Enter Y, if you want to view entries with transactions in the report, otherwise enter N and proceed.

Please note, if you enter Y in Having Transaction field, only then Period field will be enabled.

Period - Enter the date here, according to which you want to view the report.

3. Press Enter key and report will open according to the selected criteria.

4. To print the report, press ESC key and select Print option and then press Enter. Your report will get printed.
