Letter


To create a Letter in Rely, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Utilities > Setup > Letter.


2. Letter entry form will open. Two letters Start and End are provided by-default by the software. However, you can always modify the text of these letters.


4. To modify, press Enter key on the letter you want to edit. Once all the changes are done, press F3 button to save the letter.


5. To create a new letter, go to the last letter in the list and press Down-Arrow key.


6. Enter details here such as:

Start/End - If you want your letter to be displayed at the Start of the report, enter Start. Otherwise, enter End and your letter will get displayed at the end of the report.

Letter No - Enter the unique letter number here and press Enter key.


7. Enter the complete text of the letter here. Once done, press F3 key to save the letter.


8. Your letter will be created and letter number will be displayed in the list.
