Digital Signature

To Apply Digital Signature in Invoice / Document in RADIX
- After logging in to the Company Main Menu, go to Utilities / Settings > Digital Signature.
- The Digital Signature configuration form will open.Enter the following details:
- Apply Digital Signature in Invoice/Document: Tick this option to enable digital signature on invoices and documents.
- Provider: Select the digital signature provider from the drop-down list (for example: Other, eMudhra, Capricorn, etc.).
- Certificates: Select the required Digital Signature Certificate from the list. The certificate is automatically detected from the system or USB token.
- Reason: Enter the reason for applying the digital signature (for example: Invoice Signing, Testing, Official Use).
- Location: Enter the location where the document is being signed (for example: Surat, Head Office).
- Contact: Enter the contact details of the authorized signatory.
- Add Digital Signature Image (Optional)
- Tick Add Digital Signature Image if you want the signature image to appear on the invoice.
- Click the Browse (…) button and select the signature image file.
- Recommended image specifications:
- Dimensions: 300 × 200 pixels (Width × Height)
- Maximum image size: 2 MB
- After entering all details,click on the Apply Changes button.
- The digital signature will now be applied automatically on invoices and documents where digital signing is enable.
- Final Step: When you print an invoice from a transaction and export it as a PDF, the system will ask “Apply Digital Signature”.
Simply tick this option and click OK. The generated PDF will automatically include the Digital Signature. - Important Notes:
- Digital Signature will work only if a valid DSC token and drivers are properly installed on the system.
- If the certificate does not appear in the list, ensure the token is connected and drivers are installed.
- The signature image is for visual display only; actual security is provided by the digital certificate.
