Here are the steps to create Item Screen. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

Item Screen

To create Item Screen in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Masters > Textile Trading > Screen.

2. Item Screen entry form will open. Enter details such as:

Code - Enter the name of the Item Screen you want to create.

Code - This field will be auto-generated. However, if you want, you can change it.

Name - This field will be auto-generated. However, if you want, you can enter the complete name of the Item Screen here.

Item - Press F4 button and select the Item under which you want to create this Item Screen, from the list of Items displayed. To create a common Item Screen for all the Items, leave this field blank and proceed.

Cut - Enter Screen wise default cut here.

Rate - Enter the Sale Rate of this Item Screen here.

Purchase Rate - Enter the Purchase Rate of this Item Screen here.

Notes - You can enter related information here, if any.

Status - Always tick on this option, if you want your Item Screen to be active.

You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.

3. Go to 2 Other Info tab. In Image Path, select the path where image of this Item Screen is stored.

4. By clicking on Clear Image button, you can remove the selected Image Path.

5. Once all the details have been entered, click on Save button. Item Screen will get created.

6. New button will be activated. To create another Item Screen, click on New button and start again with step 3.
