Here are the steps to create Process Day-books. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:



To Create Process Daybooks in Radix,

1. After logging in to the Company Main menu,  Go to Masters > Textile Trading > Process Day-books.

2. Create Multiple Linked Process Day-books form will open. Enter details such as:

      • Daybook Type - Select the day-book type from the list of options displayed.
      • JOB ISSUE DAYBOOK NAME - Enter the name of the inventory issue daybook you want to create.
      • JOB RECEIVED INVOICE DAYBOOK NAME - Enter the name of the Purchase Invoice day-book you want to create.
      • JOB RECEIVED CHALLAN DAYYBOOK NAME - Enter the name of the Purchase Challan day-book you want to create.

You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.

3. Once all the details have been entered, click on Create button.

4. When RADIX prompts, 'Auto Process Daybooks Created Successfully.', click on OK button. Process Daybooks will be created.
