Brokerage Percentage Based Report


To view Brokerage Percentage Based Report in Radix, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Reports > Accounts > Multi Company > Brokerage Statements > Percentage Based.


2. Brokerage Percentage Based Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as: 

View - Select the view here, according to which you want to view the report.

Companies - Press F4 button and select the company for which you want to view the report, from the list of companies displayed.

Company Group - To print Company Detail and Address from group, tick here.

Type - Select from Sales or Purchase for which you want to view the report.

Period - Set the date for which you want to view the report, in the form of start and end date.

Payment Date - Set the payment date here.

Day-book - To view report for all the day-books, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular day-book, select Equal To option and then select the day-book.

Broker Group - To view report for all the broker groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular broker group, select Equal To option and then select the broker group.

Broker - To view report for all the brokers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular broker, select Equal To option and then select the broker.

Broker Option - To view report for invoices which do not have broker details, select Blank option. To view report for invoices which have broker details, select Not Blank option, otherwise select Both option.

Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account.

Delivery Code - To view report for all the delivery parties, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular delivery party, select Equal To option and then select the delivery party.

Brokerage Paid - To view report of invoices for which brokerage has not been paid, select Unpaid option. To view report of invoices for which brokerage has already been paid, select Paid option, otherwise select All option.

Broker on (Sales) - Select on what you want to apply brokerage, for Sales transactions, from the list of options displayed.

Broker on (Purchase) - Select on what you want to apply brokerage, for Purchase transactions, from the list of options displayed.


       3. Click on '2. Option' and select other criteria such as: 

Broker From - To view report of broker which has been added in Account masters, then select Broker from Party Master option, 

                       otherwise to view report of broker which has been added during transaction entry, select Broker from Transactions option.

Brokerage Rate From - Select the brokerage rate from Brokerage From Broker Master. Otherwise select Specify Here option and enter the brokerage rate here.

Brokerage Rate - Enter the brokerage rate here.

Include Bill Terms - To view report for all the bill terms, select 'Select Multiple' option and then press F4 button to select the bill terms from the list displayed.

Sr. No. - Tick here, to print Sr. No. in the report.

Include Previous Yr. Invoices - Tick here to consider previous year invoices in the report.

Remarks - Tick here to view any remarks entered while creating invoices.

Received Date - Tick here to print received date in the report.

Add/Less Column - Tick here to print Add/Less Column in the report.

Zero Rec. Values - Tick here to include Zero Rec. Values in the report.

J.V. As Payment - Tick here to Consider J.V. As Payment in the report.

Include GST Credit/Debit Note - Tick here to Include GST Credit/Debit Note in the report.

Include GST DbNote - Tick here to Include GST DbNote in the report.

Exclude GST Amt. From Return - Tick here to Exclude GST Amt. From Return in the report.


4. Click on '3. Option' and select other criteria such as: 

Interest Rate - Enter the rate of interest to be applied here.

Date Up to - Select the date till which interest should be applied.

Days Calc On - Enter the days for which interest should be applied.

Print Negative Interest? - To print negative interest, tick here.

Print Broker Name ? - Tick here to print Broker name in the report.

Print on Same Page? - Tick here to view all the entries on the same page.

Consolidate? - To view consolidated report, tick here.

Bill Det. On Pymt. Dt. - Tick here to print Bill Detail On Payment Date in the report.

Summary ? - Tick here to print summary in the report.

Rounding Off Net Rs.? - Tick here to Round off net amount in the report.

Bill Outstanding - Select the invoices here from the list of options displayed.

All - Select this option to view all the invoices in the report.

Part Pending - Select this option to view those invoices, which have received only some part of the payment against their respective invoices.

Full Pending - Select this option to view those invoices, which have not received full payment against their respective invoices.

All Pending - Select this option to view all those invoices included in the above two options i.e. Part Pending and Full Pending.

Clear - Select this option to view those invoices, which are clear and have been adjusted against their invoices.

Due on Date - Select the due date from here.


Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option. 


5. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.


6. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.


7. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
