Notification Clear Log
For Notification Clear Log in Radix, first select the desired company.
1. Go to Utilities > Settings > Email/SMS Settings > Notification Clear Log.
2. Notification Clear Log window will open. Select details here such as:
Date From To - Select the date here for which you want to clear notification logs.
Delivered / Pending / All - To clear notification logs for all the delivered SMS/Email, click on Delivered option. To clear notification logs for all the pending SMS/Email, click on Pending option. To clear notification logs for all the SMS/Email, click on All option.
SMS - Tick here, to delete notification logs for SMS.
Email - Tick here, to delete notification logs for e-Mails.
3. After selecting all the criteria, click on Delete button.
4. When Radix prompts 'Want to delete Notification History?', click on Yes button.
5. Once done, software will prompt, 'Notification Deleted Successfully!', click on OK button here. SMS/Email Notification logs will get cleared for the selected criteria.
