Global Search Module

Here are the steps to use Global Search Module. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

For Global Search Module in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Press CTRL+F3 shortcut key or click on the Search icon on the top left corner.

2. Global Search Module will open. You can search all transactions and reports here by typing keywords such as Sales, Purchase, etc.

3. You can also have User Defined or UDF name for any transaction and report.

4. Enter the name you want to give to your transaction/report in UDF Name field and then click on Add to Favorites button.

5. You can view your favorite Reports and Transactions here. To directly open any Report, press shortcut keys CTRL+SHIFT+1, 2, 3, and so on.

6. Likewise, for Transactions, press shortcut keys CTRL+ALT+1, 2, 3, and so on.

7. You can also remove the reports/transactions from Company menu by clicking on Remove From Favorites button. Selected Report will get removed.
