• This option contains database for housekeeping option and multi company settings.


    1. Open an existing company following Open Company.
    2. Click "Utilities" from menu-bar & select Settings > Co. Configuration from drop-down list.
    3. A multiple tab window "Company Configuration" will open as below showing "Database" by default.

 Shrink Database after company close 

 Tick the check-box if you wish to remove unnecessary disk space after          closing company.



 Multi Company Information

 Maintain multi company information

 Tick the check-box if you wish to update in other companies.

 Update multi company group data when modified in company

 If you wish to update multi company group data when modified in company,    Select Yes/No Prompt (will give prompt message).

 Always show Group Help first

 Tick the check-box if you wish to see group help first or un-tick if you wish to see company help first.


    1. Click OK button after making necessary changes.
