Check GST Entries

Check GST Entries

To Check GST Entries in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Utilities > Integrity Check > Check GST Entries.

2. Four buttons will appear. Click on the options you want to check:

Check Duplicate GST Entries - Click here, to check duplicate GST entries or entries in which document number is duplicated by mistake, list of duplicate GST entries will be displayed.

Check Invalid Commodity Code - Click here, to check invalid commodity code, list of such entries will be displayed. HSN/SAC can have only numeric characters in Name, alphabets or any other special characters are not allowed.

Check Invalid Tax Amount - To view invalid tax amount entries, click here, list of all such entries will be displayed.

HSN/SAC Code Not In Master - For entries in which HSN/SAC got deleted and is not there in Masters now, then click here, all such entries will be displayed. To add HSN/SAC for these entries in Masters, select the entry and then click on Add HSN/SAC in Master button.

3. Once done, click on Close button.
