Sales Transaction with Screen


Item Screen is used for Report analysis as well as printing purposes. Inventory will always be maintained on Item's defined Unit of Measure (UOM).


For Sales Transaction with Screen in Rely, select the desired company.


1. First, we need to enable Screen Master from Utilities. Go to Utilities > Setup > Books and press Enter key.


2. List of day-books will be displayed, select the day-book in which you want to enable Screen Master and press Enter key.


3. Select Fields Setup here, from the list of options displayed and press Enter key.


4. Select Screen Master Enable option and press Enter key. A tick mark will be seen on the right side.


5. Press ESC key.


6. In 'Save', select Yes option and press Enter key. Screen Master will get enabled in the transactions.



For Sales Transaction with Screen,


1. Go to Transaction > Sale and press Enter key.


2. List of day-books will be displayed, select the day-book in which you have enabled Screen Master and press Enter key.


3. Fill in all the details/fields one by one.


4. In Item entry section, select the Item and then press Enter key. Screen field will be displayed. Here, press Enter key to select the screen from the list of screens displayed. In case of a new screen, please click here Create New Item Screen.


5. On Saving the invoice, software will prompt for printing. Select the view for printing from here and press Enter-Enter.


6. Invoice will be displayed with Screen Name. For such settings, please call our support team for further help.


7. This is how you can enable Screen Master and use it in transactions, in Rely.


8. To view report based on Sales Transaction with Screen, go to Reports > Inventory > Screen Stock Report or click here Screen Stock Report.
