  3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  4. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  5. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and sharable experience.
  6. Have to take feedback from clients.
  7. Receive new requirements from clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Should be graduate candidate.
  2. Should have good communication skills.
  3. Should have knowledge of accounting.

Qualification: B. Com, BBA, BCA
