HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring & Interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits and leave, enforcing company policies and practices.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it.
Design compensation structure and benefit packages for Employees/Interns.
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Monitor the HR department's budget and targets.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Maintain employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily operations of the company as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
Have proven work experience of sourcing and hiring IT professionals to fill technical positions.
Track-Record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment
Excellent knowledge of labor legislation (particularly Legal Compliances and employee leaves)
Solid Communication and Networking Skills
Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or any other domain
Prefer Female candidate.
