WhatsApp Settings

WhatsApp Settings
For Messaging Settings in Rely, first login to the Rely main menu.
1. Go to Main Menu > Setup > Messaging Settings > Terminal/Url and press Enter key.
2. Enter details here such as:
Terminal Name - Enter the name of the computer which has Internet and through which you are going to send WhatsApp.
API/URL - Press F11 key, list of all message Providers will be displayed. Select Web WhatsApp Provider from here and press Enter key, URL will be
entered here directly.
3. After entering all the details, press Enter key and when Rely prompts, 'Do you Confirm?', select Yes option and press Enter key.
4. Now, go to Main Menu > Setup > Messaging Settings > Templates and press Enter key.
5. To add new Message, press F2 key and then press Enter key.
6. Enter details here such as:
Company - Enter the name of the company in which you want to do WhatsApp Setting.
Confirm before Sending? - Enter 'Y' here, if you want to receive a confirmation message before sending WhatsApp.
DayBook - Enter the name of the daybook, list of daybooks will be displayed, select the daybook in which you want to do WhatsApp Settings.
Credit/Debit - Enter 'C/D' i.e. Credit/Debit for the type of message to be send.
Deliver To - Press F11 key and select who you want to send message from the list displayed. You can have multiple selections here.
Message - Press F11 key here and select the text of the message from the list displayed.
Send>Add - Enter 'Y' here, if you want the WhatsApp to be send, whenever you Create a new entry in the selected daybook.
Send>Edit - Enter 'Y' here, if you want the WhatsApp to be send, whenever you Edit an existing entry in the selected daybook.
Send>Delete - Enter 'Y' here, if you want the WhatsApp to be send, whenever you Delete an entry in the selected daybook.
Conditions - You can enter conditions here, if any. (For ex. To view all the invoices with Invoice Amount >= 1000.)
Notes - You can enter WhatsApp Settings related information here, if any.
7. After entering all the details, press Enter key and when Rely prompts, 'Do you Confirm?', select Yes and press Enter key.
8. Your entry will be displayed. To create another entry, press F2 key.
9. To check how Rely prompts for WhatsApp, first open the company for which you have done Messaging Settings.
10. After entering the company menu, create the invoice in the daybook for which you have done WhatsApp message Settings.
11. Once you save the invoice, Rely will prompt 'Would you like to send whatsapp?'. Here, select Yes and press Enter key. Message will be sent to the customer.
Web WhatsApp will open automatically.If you are not already logged in, please scan the QR code to connect.
Note: If the message box opens in the system and you need to send an attachment along with the message, you can press CTRL + V to paste and attach the file.
Please Note: In Customer's Account Master, 3rd Phone number field in Telephone must be entered compulsorily.
