Sales Transaction for SEZ Customer
To do Sales Transaction for SEZ Customer, select the desired company.
1. Go to Master > Account > Add/Edit and press Enter key.
2. Account entry form will open. In Name, press Enter key and select the account in which you want to do Sales Transaction for SEZ Customer.
3. Selected account's details will be displayed.
Located in SEZ? - Enter Y here.
4. Press Enter key and when Rely prompts, 'Do you Confirm?', select Yes option and press Enter key.
5. ‘Want to update in other Company?’ – If you want the changes done in this daybook to be reflected in all the companies, then select Yes option, otherwise select No.
6. Press ESC key. Here you can add, delete or modify all the details.
Next,
1. Go to Transaction > Sale and press Enter key.
2. List of day-books will be displayed, select the day-book in which you want to do Sales Transaction for SEZ Customer and press Enter key.
3. Entry form for the selected daybook will open. Enter date and document number.
4. In Account, press F4 key and select the SEZ account from the list of accounts displayed.
5. In GST Information section,
Invoice Type - Enter Export here.
Export Port & Bill No - Enter Export Port and Bill Number here.
Export Bill Date - Enter Export date here.
Invoice Sub Type - Press Page-Down key and select SEZ Export option here.
GST Calculation - Here, 3 options are there.
No GST - On selecting this option, GST will not be applied on the total invoice amount.
Show GST - On selecting this option, GST amount will only be displayed and will not be added to the total invoice amount.
Add & Show - On selecting this option, GST will be applied on the total invoice amount and the final net amount will be displayed accordingly.
6. Once all the details are entered, save the invoice.
