Receive from Process


For Receive from Process entry in Rely, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Transaction > Purchase and press Enter key.


2. List of Purchase day-books will be displayed, select the day-book in which you want to do Receive from Process entry.


3. Entry form for the selected day-book will open. Enter all the details such as:

Invoice Date - Enter the receive date here.

Invoice Number - Enter the challan/voucher number here.

Account Code - Press Enter key and select the name of the jobber from which you are receiving.

AV Calculation Method - Select the AV Calculation method here from the list displayed.


You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.


4. In GST Information section, enter all the GST related details such as Invoice Type, type of Supply, Party Bill no, Date, etc. and in 'Do you Confirm?', select Yes option and press Enter key.


5. In Item entry section, enter other details such as:

Item - Press Enter key and select the name of the quality/item, which you are receiving.

Lot Number - Press Enter key, list of lot numbers will be displayed, select the challan for which you are receiving and press Enter. Here, you can press Ctrl+Enter shortcut key and enter the Lot number here, if it is not there.

Mts - Enter the value in meters which you are receiving. In Lot Yes/No - Enter Y, if your lot is clear, otherwise enter N.

Rate - Enter the rate per meter by which you are receiving. Amount will get calculated.


Press Enter key and similarly you can do another receive entry likewise.

You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.


6. Enter other details if you want such as Discount, Broker, Screen, etc. and press Enter.


7. In GST Details section, tax will get calculated. Here, press ESC key and in 'Do you Confirm?', select Yes option and press Enter. Your Receive from Process entry will be done.
