Make Online Payment

Here are the steps to make Online Payment. To learn more, you can also watch this RELY Online tutorial video:

Online Payment

To pay Online from Rely, first go to the Rely Main Menu.

1. Go to Main Menu > Utilities > Pay Now.

2. You will be redirected to https://payment.tripta.in. Once you are redirected to payment.tripta.in

3. In Payment Details section, enter details such as:

Amount - Enter the payment amount here.

Name - Enter the name of your company here.

Mobile - Enter your mobile number here.

Email - Enter your email id here.

Client Code - Enter your registered firm's 4-digit client code here.

GSTIN - Enter your registered company's 15 characters GST number.

4. In Select Payment Mode - Select the mode of payment here - Bank Transfer or Online Payment.

a. Here, if you select Bank Transfer option, then enter details such as:

Date of Transfer - Enter the date of the transaction here.

RTGS/NEFT/IMPS Reference No - Enter the Reference number here which you will obtain after doing the RTGS/NEFT/IMPS transaction.

Account Number - Enter your bank account number here.

Bank Name - Enter the name of your bank here.

Bank Branch - Enter the name of your bank branch here.

Click on SUBMIT button. Your bank details will be submitted successfully. Your Online Payment will be done.

b. If you select Online Payment option, then click on Pay button.

In Billing Information section, enter details such as:

Address - Enter the complete address of your company here.

Zip Code - Enter your zip code here.

City - Enter the name of your city here.

State - Enter the name of your state here.

Country - Enter the name of your country here.

5. In Payment Information section, you can pay through 5 options viz. Credit Card, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash Card and Paytm.

a. If you are paying through Credit Card, then enter your Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV. Click on Make Payment button.

b. If you are paying through Debit Card, then in We Accept, select your Debit Card and enter Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV. Click on Make Payment button.

c. If you are paying through Net Banking, then in All Other Banks, select your bank from the list of options displayed and click on Make Payment button.

d. If you are paying through Cash Card, then in Pay By, select ITZ Cash Card option and click on Make Payment button.

e. If you are paying through Paytm, then check all the details and then click on Make Payment button.

6. You will be redirected to CC Avenue Payment Gateway. Carefully, enter your details here and your Online Payment will be done.
