Brokerage Statement Report


To view Brokerage Statement Report in Rely, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Other Reports > Brokerage Statement and press Enter key.


2. Enter details such as:
               Single Year / Multi Year - To view report for a single year, select Single Year option, otherwise select Multi Year option.

       Select Companies - Select the companies for which you want to view the Report from the list displayed.

       Sale / Purchase - To view report for Sales Invoices, select Sales option otherwise select Purchases option to view report for Purchase Invoices.

       Quantity Details? - Enter Y here, if you want to view item/quantity details in report, otherwise enter N.

       Period - Enter the period between which you wish to view the report.

       Day-books - Press "+/-" to select or de-select the day-books from the list displayed.

       Brokerage On - Select from the options displayed:

To calculate Brokerage on Invoice Amount, select Invoice Amount option.

To calculate Brokerage on Received Amount, select Receipt Amount option.

To calculate Brokerage on Minimum of Receipt or Invoice Amount, select Minimum of Receipt & Invoice option.

To calculate Brokerage on Maximum of Receipt or Invoice Amount, select Maximum of Receipt & Invoice option.

       Broker - Select All option here, if you want to view Report for all the Brokers, otherwise you can view report for selected Brokers also.

       Report - Select how you wish to view the report: Party wise, Date wise or Delivery Code wise.

       Party - Select All option here, if you want to view Report for all the Parties, otherwise you can view report for selected Parties also.

       View - Select Normal option here.

       Options - If you want to add more columns in your Report, then select from the list displayed here, by pressing Space-Bar key.

Double line remark

Tick to print remark in double line

Serial No.

Tick to show serial no.

Previous yr. inv.

Tick to show previous year's invoice

Received date

Tick to print received date in report

J.V.As payment

Tick to consider J.V.account as payment

Zero Values

Tick to print records with zero values

Add/Less Column

Tick to show add/less amount in separate column

Summary report

Tick to print summary report

Untick to print detailed report

Include Full G.R.

Tick to consider full G.R.Sales

Outstanding Column

Tick to add column for outstanding amount


       Brokerage % - Enter the percentage on which you want the brokerage to be calculated.

       Payments From - Enter start date of the Payment or Received period here.

       Payments To - Enter end date of the Payment or Received period here.

Brokerage - Select Paid option to view only paid brokerage in the report. Select Unpaid option to view only unpaid brokerage, otherwise to view all paid & unpaid brokerage, select All option.

Status - Select Pending option to view invoices for which payments are not done yet. Select Clear option to view invoices for which payments are complete, otherwise to view report for both Pending and Clear Invoices, select All option.

       Include VAT/GST? - Enter Y here, if you want to calculate the brokerage after including GST, otherwise enter N.


Once all the details are entered/selected, press Enter key.


3. In Device: To only view the report, select Screen option.

To view and print the report, select File option.

To directly print the report without viewing, select Printer option.

To exit from here, select Exit option.


4. Report will be generated according to the selected criteria. To print the report, press ESC key and select Print option.


5. To view the report in any other format such as word, Excel, etc; select Send To option and press Enter key and then select the format.


6. To exit, press ESC key.
