Screen Opening Stock

To Enter Screen-wise Opening Stock in Radix

After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Masters > Items > Screen Opening Stock.
The Item Screen Opening form will open. Enter the details as below:

Item – Press F4 and select the Item for which you want to enter screen-wise opening stock.
Screen Code – Enter or select the screen code.
Screen Name – Enter the name of the screen.
Opening Quantity 1 / 2 / 3 – Enter the opening quantities as applicable (based on your unit or tracking requirement).

You can enter only the required quantity fields and leave the remaining fields blank.
After entering all required details, click on Save. The screen-wise opening stock will be saved successfully.
To enter opening stock for another screen or item, click on New and repeat the above steps.
If required, select an existing record and click on Delete to remove it (only if not used in transactions).
Click on Close to exit the form.
