SMS/Email History

To view SMS/Email History Report in Radix, follow the steps below:

After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > Other Reports > Logs > SMS/Email History.
Notification History Report Criteria form will open. Select details from here:

View - Select the view from the list of views displayed.
Date - Set the date here for which you want to view the report.
Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
Status - To view report for all the SMS/Email, select All option. To view report for only delivered SMS/Email, select Delivered option. To view report for all pending SMS/Email, select Pending option. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
Print Reason For Not Sent? - Tick here to view the reason for which SMS/Email not sent.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
