To view Queries Report in Radix, follow the steps below:


    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > MIS Report > Queries Report.
    2. Queries Report Criteria form will open. Select Report Criteria here:
      • View - Select the view according to which you want to view the report.
      • Date - Set the date here for which you want to view the report.
      • Party Bill Date - Set the party bill date for which you want to view the report. To view report for all the dates select All option, otherwise you can view report for selected dates also.
      • Dayook Type - Select the type of daybook for which you want to view the report from the list of options displayed.
      • Daybook - To view report for all the daybooks, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular daybook, select Equal To option and then select the daybook. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Document No - To view report for all the document numbers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular document number, select Equal To option and then enter the document number. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Party Bill No - To view report for all the party bill numbers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular party bill, select Equal To option and then enter the party bill number. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • GL Group - To view report for all the general ledger groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular group, select Equal To option and then select the general ledger group. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Include GLG Child - Tick this option to include the GLG Child in the report.
      • Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Amount - To view report for all the amounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular amount, select Equal To option and then enter the amount. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Broker - To view report for all the brokers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular broker, select Equal To option and then select the broker. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Delivery Code - To view report for all the delivery parties, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular party, select Equal To option and then select the delivery party. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Haste - To view report for all the haste, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular haste, select Equal To option and then select the haste. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Checked Style - Select the desired report style: All, Not Checked, OK, or Problem.
    1. Click on '2. Option' and select other criteria such as:
      • LR No - To view report for all the LR numbers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular LR number, select Equal To option and then enter the LR number. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Narrations - To view report for all the narrations, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular narration, select Equal To option and then select the narration. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Cheque No - To view report for all the cheques, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular cheque, select Equal To option and then enter the cheque number. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Cheque Date - To view report for all the cheque dates, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular cheque date, select Equal To option and then select the cheque date. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Bank Slip No - To view report for all the bank slips, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular bank slip, select Equal To option and then enter the bank slip number. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Last Transaction - Enter the number of previous transactions you want to view in the report.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

    1. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
    2. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
    3. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
