To view Purchase Matrix Register Report in Radix, follow the steps below:


    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > Purchase > Invoice > Purchase Matrix Register.
    2. Purchase Matrix Register Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:
      • Period - Set the date for which you want to view the report.
      • Daybook - To view report for all the daybooks, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular daybook, select Equal To option and then select the daybook. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Account - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Broker - To view report for all the brokers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular broker, select Equal To option and then select the broker. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Area - To view report for all the areas, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular area, select Equal To option and then select the area. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Item Group - To view report for all the item groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item group, select Equal To option and then select the item group. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Item - To view report for all the items, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item, select Equal To option and then select the item. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Item Sub Group - To view report for all the item sub groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item sub group, select Equal To option and then select the item sub group. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Item Sub Group1 - To view report for all the item sub groups1, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item sub group1, select Equal To option and then select the item sub group 1. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Quantity Unit - Select the option for which you want to view the report from the list displayed.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

    1. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
    2. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
    3. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
