To view machine browser details, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Zoom > Weaving > Machine Browser.
    2. The Machine Browser window will open as shown below:
      • Machine Status: Select the required machine status from the dropdown list to filter results.
        • All – Displays all machines irrespective of their status.
        • Running / Idle / Under Maintenance – Filters machines accordingly.
      • Machine List: The Machine List section displays summarized data of each machine with the following details:
        • Machine# – Unique number or ID assigned to each weaving machine.
        • Status – Current operating status of the machine (Running, Idle, etc.).
        • Quality – Quality or type of fabric being produced.
        • Beam# – Beam number currently loaded on the machine.
        • Beam Mts – Total beam meters assigned to the machine.
        • Production Mts – Meters of fabric produced so far.
        • Balance Mts – Remaining beam meters pending for production.
        • Type – Machine type or configuration (if applicable).
      • Available Options
        • Report Print: Click Report Print to generate a detailed report of machine utilization and production data.
        • Cancel: Click Cancel to close the Machine Browser window.
    1. This report helps in monitoring production efficiency, identifying idle machines, and planning maintenance or beam replacement effectively.
