GST Register (Summary)
Here are the steps to view GST Register (Summary) Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:
To view GST Register (Summary) Report in Radix, follow the steps below:
- After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > GST Reports > GST Audit Reports > GST Register (Summary).
- GST Register (Summary) Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:
- View - Select the view for which you want to view the report from the list of options displayed.
- Period - Set the date here, according to which you want to view the report.
- Daybook - To view report for all the day-books, select All option, otherwise to view report for a particular day-book, select Equal To option and then select the day-book. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
- Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
- State - To view report for all the states, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular state, select Equal To option and then select the state. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
- Tax Type - Here, select from the list of options displayed.
- Invoice Type - Here, select from the list of options displayed.
- Tax Group - To view report for all the tax groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular tax group, select Equal To option and then select the tax group. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
- Invoice Sub Type - Here, select from the list of options displayed.
- Type of Supply - Here, select from the list of options displayed.
- Exclude Unregistered Purchases? - Tick this option to exclude unregistered purchase entries.
Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.
- After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
- Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
- You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
