To view/edit Design Item details, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Masters > Digital Printing > Design Item.
    2. The form will open as shown. Fill in the details as below:
      • General Information Section
        • Code – Enter a unique code for the design (Press F4 for Help).
        • Name – Enter the name of the design.
        • Status – Check the “Inactive” option if the design is no longer in use.
        • Notes – Add remarks or reference information about the design (Press F4 for Help).
        • Default Cut – Enter the default cut value (in meters or pieces) to be used for production or issue reference.
      • Other Tab
        • Path to Image – Enter the path to image here.
      • Buttons available:
        • New – Create a new design entry.
        • Save – Save the entered design details in the system.
        • Delete – Remove an existing design entry (if not used in transactions).
        • Cancel – Cancel the current entry.
        • Close – Exit the form.
    1. Once all required details are filled, click Save to store the design record successfully.
