Delete GST Ledger

Here are the steps to Delete GST Ledger. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

Note: To Delete GST Ledger, first make sure that GST Ledger for that month is generated.

To Delete GST Ledger in Radix,

After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Transactions > GST > Generate GST Ledger.
Generate GST Ledger entry form will open. In From Month, To Month - Select the from and to months for which you want to generate GST Ledger from the list of months displayed.
Click on the Generate button.
RADIX will prompt 'GST Ledger JV entries already exist.' with various options:

Re-Generate - Click here, if you want to regenerate the GST Ledger.
Delete - Click here, if you want to delete the GST Ledger.
Exit - Click here to cancel.

Here, suppose if you delete May month's GST Ledger, then GST Ledger for all the previous months such as March, April, etc. will get deleted automatically.

Click on Delete button. Your GST Ledger will be deleted.
To delete another month's GST Ledger, start again with the steps mentioned above.
