To view Calculation Of Interest Report in Radix, follow the steps below:


    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > MIS Reports > Interest Calculation > Calculation Of Interest.
    2. Calculation Of Interest Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:
      • View - Select the view according to which you want to view the report.
      • Group - To view report for all the general ledger groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular general ledger group, select Equal To option and then select the general ledger group. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Include GLG Child - Tick this option to include the GLG Child in the report.
      • Account - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Period - Select the date for which you want to view the report.
      • Due Days - Enter the due days here.
      • Interest Rate From - Select From Party Master option to fetch interest rate details from Party Master. Otherwise select Specify Here option, and then enter the rate in Interest Rate field, for which you want to view the report.
      • Days Per Year - Enter the total days in an year here.
      • Transaction Due Date? - Tick here to view the transaction due date in the report.
      • Int. Expense Account - Press F4 button here and select the account for which you want to view the report. (Note: Only available in the summary view.)
      • Int. Income Account - Press F4 button here and select the account for which you want to view the report. (Note: Only available in the summary view.)
      • JV Date - Set the date for which you want to view the report. (Note: Only available in the summary view.)
      • Remarks 1 - Type in the additional important information you want to view in the report. (Note: Only available in the summary view.)
      • Same Page? - Tick here to view all the entries on the same page.
    1. Click on '2. Option' and select other criteria such as:
      • Include Txn. Day? - Tick here to include taxation day in the report.
      • Rounding Interest? - Tick here to view the rounded off the interest in the report.
      • Print Date? - To print today's date in the report, tick here.
      • Calculaion on Clearing Date? - Tick here to view calculation on clearing date in the report.
      • Calaculation on Cheque Date? - Tick here to view calculation on cheque date in the report.
      • GL Group Wise - Tick here to view the report from general ledger group perspective.
      • Daybook - To view report for all the daybooks, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular daybook, select Equal To option and then select the daybook. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Checked Status - Select from the list of options displayed.
      • Consider Opening? - Tick here to view the opening in the report.
      • Consider Due Days for GL Group - Tick here to consider the due days for general ledger for the report.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

    1. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
    2. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
    3. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
