To view beam browser details, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, navigate to Zoom > Weaving > Beam Browser.
    2. The Beam Browser window will open and the criterias as shown below have to be filled in:
      • Beam Status: Choose the required beam status from the dropdown:
        • In Godown – Beams currently in stock.
        • On Machine – Beams loaded on the machine.
        • Both – Displays all beams.
      • Party: Select a specific Party to view beams associated with it, or choose All to display data for all parties.
      • View Beam List: The Beam List section displays summary details of all beams, including:
        • Beam# – Unique beam identification number.
        • Item – Name of the beam item.
        • Date – Beam creation or entry date.
        • Ends – Total ends used in the beam.
        • Taka / Kgs / Mts – Quantity of the beam in takas, kilograms, and meters.
        • Prod Mts – Meters of beam already produced.
        • Bal Mts / Bal Kgs – Remaining balance meters and kilograms.
        • Type – Indicates beam type (e.g., Regular or Replacement). Each record also has an Open button to view detailed information about that beam.
      • Check Pasarai & Load/Finish Details
        • Pasarai Details: Displays all related Pasarai transactions for the selected beam:
        • Code – Pasarai transaction code.
        • Name – Pasarai party name.
        • Date – Date of the transaction.
        • Ends – Ends used in the Pasarai process.
        • Amount – Total Pasarai charges.
      • Load / Unload / Finish Details: Shows detailed load, unload, and finishing information:
        • Machine – Machine name on which the beam was processed.
        • Name – Operator or process handler name.
        • Status – Current beam status (Loaded / Unloaded / Finished).
        • Load/Unload/Finish On – Date of the respective operation.
      • Available Buttons
        • Pasarai – Opens the Pasarai entry related to the selected beam.
        • Load / Finish / Gray Production – View or enter respective beam production or finish details.
        • Print – Generates a printable version of the beam summary report.
        • Close – Exits the Beam Browser window.
    1. Once filters are applied, the system displays a consolidated view of all beam-related movements, helping users analyze production progress, balance stock, and machine load efficiently.
