To view Average Rate Report in Radix, follow the steps below:


    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > Inventory > Average Rate.
    2. Average Rate Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:
      • View - Select the view according to which you want to view the report.
      • Type - Select the type Sales or Purchase for which you want to view the report.
      • Daybook - To view report for all the daybooks, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular daybook, select Equal To option and then select the daybook. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Date - Set the date for which you want to view the report, in the form of start and end date.
      • Item - To view report for all the items, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item, select Equal To option and then select the item. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • Item Group - To view report for all the item groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item group, select Equal To option and then select the item group. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
      • All Unit - Tick here to view/print all units (Pcs, Cut, Mts, Kgs, etc) in the report.
      • Opening? - Tick here to view/print opening rate in the report.
      • Include Bill Terms - Tick here to include bill terms and GST (Goods and Services Tax) in the average rate calculation in the report.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

    1. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
    2. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
    3. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
