Update Quantity As Per Item Default Cut

To Update Quantity As Per Item Default Cut in Radix, first go to the Company Menu.

1. Go to Utilities > Textile Trading > Update Quantity As Per Item Default Cut.

2. Enter Password window will open. Here, you need to enter the password.

Please note, the password here is AUROMonthDate. For e.g. If today's date is 20 July, 2022, then your password will be AURO0720. This means your password will change everyday.

3. After entering the password, click on OK button or press Enter key.

4. Update Quantity window will open. Select details here such as:

Item - Press F4 key and select the item in which you want to update cut, from the list of options displayed.

Cut - Enter the cut value here.

Period - Select the date of invoices for which you want to update cut.

All Select - To update cut in all transaction types, tick here otherwise you can also tick and select the transaction type from the list displayed.

Show Day-book List - Click on this button to select the day-book in which you want to update cut.

Calculate Mts - To calculate meters as per above entered cut value, tick here.

5. After entering all the details, click on OK button.

6. When Radix prompts, 'Quantity Updated Successfully'; click on OK button. Cut will get updated in the invoices as per the selected criteria.

7. Click on Cancel button.
