Trial Balance

Here are the steps to view Trial Balance Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

Trial Balance

To view Trial Balance Report in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Reports > Accounts > Final Accounts > Trial Balance > Trial Balance.

2. Trial Balance Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:

View - Select the view according to which you want to view the report.

Class - To view report for all the class codes, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular class code, select Equal To option and then select the class code.

Class Filter Code - To view report for all the class filter codes, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular class filter code, select Equal To option and then select the class filter code.

As On Date - Select the date till which you want to view the report.

Account Group - To view report for all the Account groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account group, select Equal To option and then select the account group.

GL Group - To view report for all the general ledger groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular general ledger group, select Equal To option and then select the general ledger group.

With Address? - To view party's address in the report, select Yes option, otherwise select No option.

Print Date? - To print today's date in the report, tick here.

Order by Party Group? - Tick here, to view Party Group wise report.

Exclude GL Group - Stock in Trade - Tick here, to exclude GL Group - stock in trade wise report.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

3. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.

4. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.

5. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
