Standard Narrations

Here are the steps to create Standard Narrations. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

Standard Narrations

To create Standard Narration in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Masters > Others > Standard Narrations.

2. Standard Narration entry form will open. Enter details such as:

Shortcut Key - You can create the shortcut key by the combination of Control, Alter and Function keys. For ex. Control+F2, Alt+Control+F4, etc.

Account - To use this shortcut key in a particular account, press F4 key and select the account from the list displayed, otherwise, for all the accounts leave blank and proceed.

Day-book - To use this shortcut key in a particular day-book, press F4 key and select the day-book from the list displayed, otherwise, for all the day-books leave blank and proceed.

Narration - Enter the text here which should be displayed while pressing this Shortcut key.

You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.

3. Once all the details have been entered, click on Save button. Your Standard Narration will be created.

4. New button will be activated. To create another Standard Narration, click on New button and start again with step 3.
