Rights
Here are the steps to set Security Rights. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:
Security Rights
To set Security Rights in Radix, first go to the Company Main Menu.
1. Go to Utilities > Settings > Security > Rights.
2. 'Choose the Security Group' form will open. Select the Security Group from here in which you want to set user rights.
In case of a single Security Group, 'Company Level Security Rights' form will open directly.
3. 'Company Level Security Rights' form will open. You can give Security Rights from here, by ticking/un-ticking.
4. Click on Full/No Access button, 'Set Security Rights' form will open. To give rights to all the modules, click on Full option, or else click on None option.
5. In 'Select Function Category to Apply Rights', tick on the options to which you want to give rights to and then click on OK button.
6. Tick on Allow Future Transactions, if you want to allow future date entries in the daybook.
7. To import rights from other Company and other Group, then click on the Import button and select the Company and Group from here.
8. After setting all the rights, click on OK button. Your Security Rights will be set.
