Outstanding Report (With Group By)


To view Outstanding (With Group By) Report in Radix, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Reports > Accounts > Multi Company > Outstanding > Outstanding (With Group By) Report.


2. Multi Company Outstanding (With Group By) Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:

Companies - Press F4 button here and select the company in which you want to view the report.

Company Group - To print Company Detail and Address from group, tick here.

Type - Select the type Debtors/Creditors for which you want to view the report.

Bill Period - Select the date of invoices for which you want to view the report.

Payment Date - Set the date of the payment paid/received in the form of start and end date.

Due on Date - Enter the due date here.

Group - To view report for all the general ledger groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular general ledger group, select Equal To option and then select the general ledger group.

Invoices - Select the invoices here from the list of options displayed.

       All - Select this option to view all the invoices in the report.

       Part Pending - Select this option to view those invoices, which have received only some part of the payment against their respective invoices.

       Full Pending - Select this option to view those invoices, which have not received full payment against their respective invoices.

       All Pending - Select this option to view all those invoices included in the above two options i.e. Part Pending and Full Pending.

       Clear - Select this option to view those invoices, which are clear and have been adjusted against their invoices.

Unadjusted - To view only unadjusted invoices in the report, tick here.

Only Due Bills? - To view only due invoices in the report, tick here.

 

3. Click on '2. Master' and select other criteria such as: 

Daybook - To view report for all the daybooks, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular daybook, select Equal To option and then select the daybook.

Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account.

Party Group - To view report for all the party groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular party group, select Equal To option and then select the party group.

Broker - To view report for all the brokers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular broker, select Equal To option and then select the broker.

Broker Group - To view report for all the broker groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular group, select Equal To option and then select the group.

Broker From - Select Broker From Party Master option to fetch broker details from Party Master. To fetch broker details from Transactions, select Broker From Transactions option.

Delivery - To view report for all the delivery parties, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular delivery party, select Equal To option and then select the delivery party.

Haste - To view report for all the haste, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular haste, select Equal To option and then select the haste.

Area - To view report for all the areas, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular area, select Equal To option and then select the area.

Area From - Select Area From Party Master option to fetch area details from Party Master. To fetch area details from Transactions, select Area From Transactions option.

Referred By - This field contains the name of the person who referred the customer/supplier.

          To View the list of Customers/Suppliers referred by a specific "Referred By", select the "Equal To" option and then choose the desired "Referred By" from the list.


4. Click on '3. Group By' and select other criteria such as: 

Group By 1/2/3/4 - Here, select the group by wise you want to view the report, from the list of options displayed. 

(For eg: To view Date wise + Broker wise + Party wise report, select Date wise option in Group By 1 field, select Broker wise option in Group By 2 field and select Party wise option in Group By 3 field.)

Address and Phone? - To view address/phone number of party/broker in the report, tick here.

Report Show By? - Select from the list of options displayed.

Page Break? - To view everything on the same page, select Same Page option, otherwise select from the list of options displayed.


5. Click on '4. Option' and select other criteria such as: 

Bill Outstanding - To view report for all the bill outstanding amounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular amount, select Equal To option and then select the amount.

Party Outstanding - To view report for all the party outstanding amount, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular amount, select Equal To option and then select the amount.

Horizontal Line? - To print horizontal line in the report, tick here.

Print Date? - To print today's date in the report, tick here.


6. Click on '5. Color & Ageing' and select other criteria such as: 

With Ageing? - Tick here, to view ageing columns in the report.

Slab 1/2/3/4 -  Enter the number of days here.

Slab 1/2/3/4/5 Color - Press F4 button and select the slab color here.

Print Slab 1/2/3/4/5 - Tick here, to view/print the slabs in the report.


Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option. 

 

7. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.


8. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.


9. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
