Monthly (Trading And Profit Loss)

Here are the steps to view Monthly (Trading And Profit Loss) Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

To view Monthly (Trading And Profit Loss) Report in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Reports > Accounts > Final Accounts > Trading And PL > Monthly (Trading And Profit Loss).

2. Monthly (Trading And Profit Loss) Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:

Class - To view report for all the class codes, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular class code, select Equal To option and then select the class code.

Class Filter Code - To view report for all the class filter codes, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular class filter code, select Equal To option and then select the class filter code.

Period - Select the date for which you want to view the report.

Print Date? - To print today's date in the report, tick here.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

3. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.

4. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.

5. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
