Issue for Re-finish

For Issue for Re-finish transaction in RADIX, select the desired company and then

1. Go to Transactions > Inventory > Issues or press Ctrl+5 shortcut keys.

2. 'Choose a day-book' form will open. List of day-books will be displayed, select the Issue to Mill day-book and click on OK button or press Enter.

In case of a new day-book, click on New button and Create Daybooks.

3. Entry form will open for the selected day-book. Enter all the details such as:

Challan Number - Enter the challan/voucher number here.

Date - Enter the date of the Issue for Re-finish transaction here.

Account - Press F4 button, list of accounts will be displayed. Select the desired account from here or type the account name directly.

In case of a new account, click on New button and Create Account.

Receive From - Press F4 button, select the day-book from the list displayed.

Purpose of Supply - Here, select For Job Work option from the list displayed.


You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.


4. In item entry section, enter details such as:

       Supplier - Press F4 button, list of accounts will be displayed. Select the name of the supplier from here.

Invoice - Press F4 button, list of purchase invoices will be displayed. Select the invoice you want to issue for re-finish. All the details will be filled automatically. However, if you wish you can change them manually.

Item - Press F4 button, select the name of the item you have received from mill, from the list displayed.


You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.


5. After entering all the details, click on Save button. Issue for Re-finish transaction will be saved.

6. Also, you can print the invoice by pressing Ctrl+P key. Once done, press ESC key.

7. New button will be activated. To do another transaction, click on New button and start again with step 4.
