Group Wise Item Ledger

Here are the steps to view Group Wise Item Ledger Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

Group Wise Item Ledger Report

To view Group Wise Item Ledger Report in Radix, first select the desired company.

1. Go to Reports > Inventory > Group Wise Item Ledger.

2. Group Wise Item Ledger Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:

View - Select the view here, according to which you want to view the report.

Date - Set the date for which you want to view the report, in the form of start and end date.

Item Group - To view report for all the item groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item group, select Equal To option and then select the item group.

Item - To view report for all the items, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item, select Equal To option and then select the item.

Account - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account.

Day-book - To view report for all the day-books, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular day-book, select Equal To option and then select the day-book.

Type - To view report for receipts, select Receipt option. To view report for issues, select Issue option, otherwise select Both option.

Quantity 1/2/3 - Tick here to view quantity1/2/3 in the report.

Notes - Tick here to view notes/remarks in the report.

Amount? - To print amount in the report, tick here.

Same Page? - Tick here to view all the entries on the same page.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

3. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.

4. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.

5. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
