EFS


To create an EFS in Radix, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Utilities > Electronic File System > EFS.


2. Electronic File System (EFS) entry form will open. Enter details such as:

Document Number - Enter the document number here.

       Date - Select the date here.

       Category - Press F4 button and select the EFS category from the list of options displayed.

       Sub Category - Press F4 button and select the EFS sub category from the list of options displayed.

       Document Name - Enter the name of the document here.

       Description - Enter the EFS Description here, if any.

Notes - Press F4 button and enter remarks/information here, if any.

Field Name - Select the digital document which you want to store in the software, from the list of options displayed.


You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.


3. Click on View Document button to view the selected document in the software.


4. Click on Delete button to delete any selected document.


5. Once all the details have been entered, click on Save button. Your EFS Document will be saved.
