Here are the steps to view Purchase Order Detail Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:
Purchase Order Detail Report
To view Purchase Order Detail Report in Radix, first select the desired company.
1. Go to Reports > Purchase > Order > Detail.
2. Purchase Order Detail Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:
View - Select the view here, according to which you want to view the report.
Period - Set the date for which you want to view the report.
Day-book - To view report for all the day-books, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular day-book, select Equal To option and then select the day-book.
Party Group - To view report for all the party groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular party group, select Equal To option and then select the party group.
Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account.
Item Group - To view report for all the item groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item group, select Equal To option and then select the item group.
Broker - To view report for all the brokers, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular broker, select Equal To option and then select the broker.
Item - To view report for all the items, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item, select Equal To option and then select the item.
Item Packing - To view report for all the item packings, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular packing, select Equal To option and then select the item packing.
Area - To view report for all the areas, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular area, select Equal To option and then select the area.
Screen - To view report for all the item screens, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular screen, select Equal To option and then select the item screen.
Color - To view report for all the colors, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular color, select Equal To option and then select the color.
Order Number - To view report for all the purchase orders, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular order number, select Equal To option and then enter the order number.
Item Rate - Enter the item rates for which you want to view the report.
Status - To view report for all the purchase orders, select All option. To view report for all the pending orders, select Pending option and for report of all the cleared orders, select Clear option.
3. Click on '2. Option' and select other criteria such as:
Address? - Tick here to view party's address details in the report.
Detail? - Tick here to view detailed report.
Same Page? - Tick here to view all the entries on the same page.
Print Summary? - Tick here to view only summary report.
Print Screen Summary? - Tick here to view only summary report.
Order By 1/2/3? - Here, select the order by which you want to view the report. For example, to view Party wise Item wise report, then select Party wise option in Order By 1 and select Item wise option in Order By 2 field.
Horizontal Line? - To include a horizontal line in the report, tick here.
Exclude Zero Balance? - Tick here to Exclude Order which have Zero Balance.
4. Click on '3. Option' and select other criteria such as:
Delivery Code - To view report for all the deliveries, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular delivery, select Equal To option and then select the delivery.
Haste Code - To view report for all the haste, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular haste, select Equal To option and then select the haste.
City From - To view city entered in party masters in the report, select City from Party Master option. To view city entered in transactions in the report, select City from Transactions option.
City Code - To view report for all the cities, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular city, select Equal To option and then select the city.
Referred By - This field contains the name of the person who referred the customer/supplier.
To View the report of Customers/Suppliers referred by a specific "Referred By", select the "Equal To" option and then choose the desired "Referred By" from the list.
5. Click on '4. GST' and select other criteria such as:
Invoice Type - Select the invoice type for which you want to view the report.
Invoice Sub Type - Select the invoice sub type here.
Type of Supply - Select the type of supply from here.
Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.
6. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
7. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
8. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
