Challan Status

Here are the steps to view Challan Status Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

To view Challan Status Report in Radix, follow the steps below:

After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > Inventory > Stock Reports > Outstanding > Challan Status.
Challan Status Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:

View - Select the view from the list of views displayed.
Daybook - Press F4 button and select the daybook for which you want to view the report.
Challan Date - Select the challan date here for which you want to view the report.
Challan No - To view report for all the challans, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular challan, select Equal To option and then enter the challan number. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
Item - To view report for all the items, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item, select Equal To option and then select the item. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
Item Screen - To view report for all the item screens, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular item screen, select Equal To option and then select the item screen. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
