Here are the steps to view Bank Book ODCB Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:



Bank Book ODCB Report


To view Bank Book ODCB Report in Radix, first select the desired company.


1. Go to Reports > Accounts > Bank > Bank Book ODCB.


2. Bank Book ODCB Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as: 

View - Select the view from the list of options displayed.

Daybook Account Code - Press F4 button and select the Bank daybook from the list of options displayed.

Period - Select the date for which you want to view the report.

Party - To view report for all the accounts, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account, select Equal To option and then select the account.

GL Group - To view report for all the general ledger groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular general ledger group, select Equal To option and then select the general ledger group.

Include GLG Child - To include GLG Child in the report, tick here.

Type - Select the option from Payments, Receipts, Both for which you want to view the report

Voucher No? - Tick here, if you want to view the voucher number in the report.

Remarks? - Tick here, if you want to view the Remarks, entered in the invoice, in the report.

Same Page? - Tick here to view all the entries on the same page.

Print Date? - To print today's date in the report, tick here.

Print LF No ? - Tick here to print Ledger Folio No in the report.

Adjustment Detail? - To view Bank receipts or payments adjusted against its original invoice in the report, tick here.

Consider Cheque Date ? - Tick here to consider cheque date in the report.


Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option. 


3. After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.


4. Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.


5. You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
